Solutions that achieve the ’Compatible’ designation are thoroughly tested to ensure they meet Mixvoip's strict standards for full compliance. These products are guaranteed to integrate flawlessly with our full range of services, including internet connectivity, SIP trunk, and cloud PBX solutions. Regular evaluations are conducted to confirm ongoing compliance and performance consistency with all Mixvoip features.
Mixvoip uses standard protocols, which typically ensures compatibility with a wide range of solutions such as SIP-compatible phone systems and phone, routers, and firewalls etc... For products not fully certified or compatible, we have a ‘Supported’ category.
This status indicates that the product, while not extensively tested or integrated as our ‘Certified’ or ‘Compatible’ products, is used successfully by several of our customers. We acknowledge these products as reliable options and our support team can provide fundamental help and basic debugging. Customers can confidently use these systems, knowing they have been validated in real-world applications and are backed by Mixvoip support.
