Our 5G backup option is available with our Internet Retail, Direct Internet Access (DIA), and Direct Internet Line (DIL) packages.

To ensure operations during failover, we restrict non-essential traffic such as social networks, adult content, streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube, Spotify), software update services (Microsoft, Linux), and peer-to-peer traffic like torrents.

The package includes a robust 5G router that supports external antennas to enhance cellular network connectivity.
